Venril and Srel

I promised that Sundays would be a day to post artwork for the story. These two images are what I have done for the story based on the characters.

The first one is Venril showing off his archery skills and his Dragon form. It took me a long time to color in Copic Markers and I did some minor edits in Photoshop with the background and lighting.

The second one is of Venril holding Srel in his lap. I wanted to play around with body sizes considering Srel is a Half-Dwarf and around 5'2" in height. I looked up a lot of styles of body types for shorter males like Hiei or Vegeta but not as masculine as Vegeta. I did use the pose of an old image a friend did for me that I have hanging on my wall. I thought it would work well for Srel's size compared to Venril's, their relationship, and how angry Srel would get. I laughed thinking of Srel and the pose my friend did where the character in the lap was saying "This guy is so dead." And I just thought of Srel in the same position. But considering Srel actually really cares for and loves Venril it was more like Venril saying, "So tiny and cute!" And then Srel says, "This guy is so dead." Yes I want an angry short character. :3

I edited both images in photoshop to make it look cleaner and cripser than what my sketchbook and scanner could possibly do. I hope you enjoy some visuals to my story. :3 YAY FOR POSTING!!
